Biography
There are two artists under the name Myrkur. 1. Myrkur is a Danish black metal project whose sole member is Amalie Bruun, who performs all instrumentation and vocals herself. Initially, her identity was unknown to the public. Her music is largely inspired by Scandinavian nature and folklore, reflecting the dark and mysterious sounds of her Nordic forefathers Ulver. Myrkur's first self-titled album was released on Relapse Records in mid-September 2014
