Barad Dûr is the name of the Dark Lord Sauron's tower in Mordor in J.R.R.Tolkien's Lord of the Rings. There are multiple bands under the name of Barad Dûr: 1: A black metal band from Erfurt, Germany whose lyrics revolve around paganism and satanism. They are currently signed to Nebelfee Klangwerke. They have 3 full length albums and have released 3 splits, with Dark Fortress (Towards Immortality, 1997), one with Graven (2001) and one with Bilskirnir (2011).
