Biography
Communiqué is an indie rock/dance-punk band from Oakland, California, United States. The band originally consisted of four musicians (Rory Henderson, Ryan Massey, John Peck and Jamie Kissinger) that had previously played together, and acheived local and national underground success, under the name American Steel. With the addition of keyboardist Cory Gowan (formerly of bay area bands Amscray and Streets & Avenues), Communique was formed in 2002.
