'What do you call it when Americana sneaks back across the Atlantic and adds British influences? UKana? Amelanda? Whatever it ends up getting called, Deep Elem are well on their way to giving the music an identity. The core of their sound definitely draws from Americana and its forefathers, but there's something else - it's like mountain music mixed with the rolling English hills and the resulting hybrid is very listenable.' Midlands duo Ben Church and Benet Walsh will play their own brand of American Roots music.
