??????!!! (Idoling!!!) is a Japanese female idol group created by Fuji TV in October 2006. From the start, the group has had a self-titled variety show where they handle various tasks to work towards becoming full-fledged idols. The concept of the group is to watch as the girls grow as idols and experience various things. The group currently has twenty four active members from various talent agencies. Idoling's main source of exposure is their TV show
