Koutaro Fukui was born in 1977 Nagoya Japan and Starting music carrier in Chicago since 1999. Be active as Producing Music for Independent Video/Film. Free Improviser and Sound Artist. He has been releasing his own work and remix from many record/ MP3 labels in world as Terry Pluming, Fat Cat demo archive series, unlabel and Commune Disk, on;(do). Founder of on;(do) netlabel, which inclides free improvisation, composition, computer generated composition and max/msp patches.
