Los Mac's Chile
Biography
Los Mac's was one of the first Chilean rock bands, forming in Valparaíso in 1962 and notably known for writing the first Chilean psychedelic song of the sixties: "La Muerte de mi Hermano". The group was formed in 1962 in the district of Playa Ancha as a rock and roll songs cover band, gaining some exposure in the national radio stations. The surname of the brothers, David and Charles MacIver, gave its name to the group. After playing at festivals and universities in Buenos Aires
