Biography
Nemrud biography NEMRUD has its roots in Istanbul/Turkey and was founded in 2008 by Mert Göçay (guitar), Harun Sönmez (percussion), Aycan Sari (bass), Alpaslan Altun and Adil Giyici. None of them were professionally engaged in the music business. The band underwent several lineup changes furthermore passing through weekly studio tests which eventually ended up with a conceptual progressive rock album. Guest musicians joined, Dogaç Titiz, winner of 2008 Drum Contest
