Biography
QUINTAL DE CLOROFILA were a psychedelic folk duo, formed by brothers DIMITRI and NEGRENDE ARBO. They were part of a set of folk groups comprised of “gaúchos” (native country people) that appeared in the 1970s, with groups like Almôndegas (minced meat balls), Utopia and Grupo Terra Viva (Alive Earth Band), and continued to exist in the 1980s with groups like Tambo do Bando, Couro, Cordas & Cantos (Leather, Strings & Songs) and Quintal de Clorofila (Garden of Chlorophyll).
