The Poppers
Biography
The Poppers got together in August of 2000, at Olivais, one of the many suburbs in Lisbon. Few months passed by until the first recording session took place, which, after a while, was overwhelmed due to the constant evolution of the band. With new music in their pockets and with a strong wish to perform Live, they returned to the studio and recorded a new demo-tape. The sound of this demo, which includes the song "Your Letter", in the "Rise Up" compilation/sound track, got the attention of the British Editor Matchbox Recordings.
