Biography
The Sad Song Co. is the solo project of the fascinating multi-talented drummer Nigel Powell. He used to be the drummer for Unbelievable Truth, and when that band split he embarked on this acoustic-prog-project to showcase some of the best ideas he had had that didn't fit into the ubt mold. On the verge of taking the world by storm with his first album "Miseryguts" in 2003, he then stepped in when Dustball's drummer left - the band then reinventing itself as Dive Dive.
