Tovar is one of the leading dj producers from mexico, he has been a musician since 1987 , playing with local tijuana bands and well known bands in mexico such as azul violeta . In 1996 he started producing electronic music and heads started to turn towards his music. Tova is now part of the Nopalbeat collective from Guadalajara Mexico, his releases in nopalbeat have been an importan part in his carrer as a dj producer. His first release was with the label EMI
