The name 'twain' sounds like it might be for a band, but really, it's not. it's just one guy. he's got a name of his own (it's Doc Davidson...) but he'd rather give his solo project a band-type moniker, so he can say things like, "oh, yeah, one time I did a Twain show there" or "hey, you wanna hear some new Twain stuff, maybe". so really it's all a big joke.
